Paellaworks began in 2003 as a simple gift to a friend and quietly grew alongside other culinary projects. Over time, it evolved organically, connecting us to the early revival of local farming and a return to traditional, locally sourced ingredients—values that remain at the heart of what we do.
From the beginning, PaellaWorks has been rooted in an interactive, casual approach to food. Over the years, we’ve expanded that experience to include Tapas, Oyster Service, Cascadia Seafood Boils, and custom Pacific Northwest–inspired menus.
Menus are prepared interactively with our clients, live on site, using thoughtfully sourced local ingredients—creating an experience for all to gather around. Our commitment to this level of collaboration, craft, and connection continues today.
